Build & Materials
The KNODOS set is crafted from premium walnut wood, known for its durability and rich color. Each component is finished with a smooth surface that resists wear and complements modern coffee bars. The knock box features a robust construction that absorbs the impact of knocking out portafilters without cracking. The tamper station is weighted and non-slip, providing a stable base for consistent tamping. The glass dosing vials are thick and airtight, with one-way valves that allow degassing without oxygen ingress. Metal parts, such as the funnel and wall-mount bracket, are stainless steel to resist rust and maintain hygiene.
Assembly is minimal: the portafilter holder requires wall mounting with included hardware, and the dosing tube stand is ready to use. The walnut components should be hand-washed with mild soap and dried immediately to prevent warping. Overall, the build quality justifies the premium price point, offering a cohesive look that elevates any espresso setup.
