Shot Quality
The ENA 8 produces espresso with excellent crema and balanced flavor, thanks to the 3D brewing and PEP technology. The Pulse Extraction Process ensures that water flows in pulses, maximizing flavor extraction without over-extraction. Milk foam is consistently light and creamy, comparable to what you'd get from a café machine. The machine heats up quickly and maintains temperature stability throughout a brewing session.
One reviewer noted that the coffee quality is outstanding, describing it as a significant upgrade from previous machines. The automatic milk frothing system works reliably, producing microfoam suitable for latte art. The machine's water pressure and grind consistency contribute to a uniform extraction.
